Eli

I'm 30 weeks pregnant now and my c-section is scheduled for nine weeks from yesterday! Eli's about 15.7 inches long (again with the odd measurements) and weighs almost 3 pounds. 3 lbs is about like a head of cabbage, for those of you who need a food comparison. We needn't discuss how much weight I have gained so far. He is surrounded by a pint and a half of amniotic fluid, but that amount will decrease as he gets bigger.

Oh! Doug just walked in the door... and Lila went running out of the room saying, "Daddy! Daddy! Daddy! Daddy!" in her little monster voice. :)
